These meal-time learning sessions invite families to prepare, eat and enjoy exploring local foods together. We are taking our travelling food show around Headwaters to visit as many communities as possible. Watch for one near you.<\/p>

We are teaming up food professionals – farmers, chefs and dietitians – to represent different perspectives and provide a truly local context for the food being featured. These teams plan the menu, workstations with age-appropriate jobs and equipment, and interesting tricks of the trade to be shared. Because the sessions are scheduled throughout the year, each one is unique, showcasing seasonally available ingredients and preparation or preservation techniques. The goal is to get the whole family in the kitchen as well as around the table. All are welcome.<\/p>
