Local Food Club

HFFA’s Local Food Club program is a “meal-in-a-bag”, featuring a variety of local foods, seasonal recipes, information about the suppliers, nutritional input from our Registered Dietitian and tips for cooking with kids. Although our usual LFC packs come in a flattering and bright orange bag, during the current global pandemic, you will find your supplies packed away in a sturdy box (because who doesn’t love a good box).

The goals of the program are to connect eaters and growers in Headwaters, to encourage kids to cook, and families to explore new foods together. The price of each monthly pack is on average $25 (sliding scale pricing is available). 

Local Food Club is available for free delivery for residents within Dufferin County and Caledon. Thanks to to Ontario Trillium Foundation, we have been able to trial free delivery, while continuing to offer contactless pick-up in Orangeville as well.
